“THEY HAVE A BED BUG PROBLEM!”

“My first impression of the hotel was very positive. The property appeared clean, well-maintained, and remained quiet throughout my stay, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the first issue arose when I attempted to take my family to the pool. The pool was visibly dirty, so I reported it to the front desk. The staff informed me that maintenance was responsible for the pool, noted the issue, and stated that points would be added to my account as compensation. However, despite reporting the……

“We reserved a two double bed with kitchen for 4 days and everything went great especially since it's located in Columbus GA was a very nice city. Plenty of stores and restaurants to get us by on our mini vacation.”
