"Everything was accurate with the listing. The only thing that was an issue was parking for three cars forced us into the neighbors area on the street since the drive way was inconvenient and off a main road. The yard gate was loose and off centered which was solved by us wrapping rope to prevent our dogs from leaving but may be an issue for less prepared individuals."

"My wife and I came to visit for her birthday. We had a great time and the house was great for this purpose. Everything was clean and the location was great for venturing to different parts of town easily and quickly.A heads up to visitors (and nothing the host can fix), locals speed down the street in front of the house. Be advised if you come with kids, and keep pets on a short leash. "

"We had an amazing stay at this relaxing cottage right on the James River. The location couldn’t have been better—peaceful, private, and just steps from the water. The dock was absolutely perfect for kicking back with a drink or casting a line. We caught all kinds of fish and spent hours just enjoying the view. "This home was beautifully decorated and clean. There was plenty of linen, dishes and cookware. Very quiet, safe neighborhood. Grocery and other shopping areas within a few miles. The yard was very well maintained, and the house is on a dead end street which has little to no traffic. The neighbors are super quiet and always greeted me with a wave or smile when walking my dog. The back deck is fenced with turf grass and super cute little lights surrounding it. I enjoyed sitting out there on warmer...

"There was a small issue with the light in the bathroom. I let the gentleman at the counter know about it and he was able to quickly switch us to another room. We also had to wait on a ride after our checkout and after returning our rental car. We were wed to wait in the lobby until our ride arrived. Staff was more than willing to help out and made our stay there very welcoming and was a pleasure. Would stay there again without hesitation. "
