Surprisingly pleasant!
It was only three days for work, but it truly felt like coming home to a “homey”comfortable space at the end of each day. And the full breakfast offering was more than I would ever make for myself as I rush out the door when at home! Can’t say enough good things about my stay!

Never had enough breakfast bar to accommodate customers. Was very disappointed the help was very rude and refused to fix more she said then you JUST NEED TO COME DOWN SOONER if you want breakfast. Breakfast is until 9:00 during the week and 9:30 on weekends NEVER EVER HAD ENOUGH SAUSAGE OR BACON WE WOULD GET DOWN THERE AROUND 30 to 45 minutes before they Quit serving very very disappointed they even ran out of YOGURT and refused to put more out because it was to close to close up time. Lady was the most HATEFUL person ever Will never stay with you again nor would I ever tell anyone to stay with you

Very clean. They upgraded our room to a two-bedroom suite, we were very thankful. The entire place was very clean, probably the cleanest hotel I've stayed in. The breakfast was very good and had several options. Friendly staff. It was close to an airport so you could see the planes fly very close over you, but you couldn't hear them inside. The only complaint would have been the mattress on the pull-out couch was very uncomfortable. Our toddler slept there, and he didn't seem to mind but it would not be comfortable for an older child or adult. If we return to the area we will choose to stay here again.

The staff were very courteous. Room very clean. B'fast ok. Hair dryer was filthy (we notified the desk upon checking out and the staff member made a note to replace it) Ended up buying one locally. We also tried to use the computer and print a couple items, but all during the stay, the staff indicated that a change was being made to the software and therefore we could not print anything.

Hi Susan! We are so sorry that your stay did not mean your satisfaction. Can you please let me know what specifically we could have done to improve? Our pool is heated but only to 87 degrees as much of the time it's very hot here and the pool tends to be warmer from the sunshine.

It Met Our Needs
The room, as well as all of the public areas were clean. We felt safe on the property. The decor of the room was a little grim, but it met all of our needs. The water pressure in the shower was too low. The bed was comfortable. The a/c was a bit loud. The staff members were friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was limited, but it had a smart variety of options. Outside was very loud, with the noisy cars (and the airport). I would recommend it to a friend who was attending a concert at The Ranch because it is very close. I would also recommend it to a friend who was not looking to spend a lot on lodging. I would not recommend it to a friend who was looking for a special getaway or a romantic trip.

This should be resolved within the month. I do apologize about our hotels location. This time of year you can hear the airport noise and we located on a busy intersection, however we are conveniently located by the downtown area and many of the local attractions for our guests to enjoy at ease. I hope we have a better opportunity to serve you in the future.

Thanks David! Our pool deck gets cleaned every 3 months ago, but raining season can bring in a lot of debris and make the deck look dirty. Along with out trash in the retention ponds. Those have been cleared out now that they are dry :)

I’d book again
The room was a decent size for 5 people and it had all the things in the room to cook in-suite if we wanted and had we stayed longer we probably would have used it. Masks weren’t required or if they were nothing was reinforced but there was no signage around the building or lobby entrances. Staff was always friendly and helpful.
