"Lighting is dim in room. Entryway is big, which leads to hearing more noise in the common hallway. Shower curtain takes up too much shower space. No hand soap at bathroom sink. "

"Didn’t use A/C. Property was warn and damaged. The floors were new. Phone Didn’t work and the TV had one channel. Home shopping network. Patrons were a bit noise and yelli g in the halls. Security seemed good. Maid service was good. Won't stay there again. Price and availability was the only thi g going for it. Was on a good bus line to get to attractions."

"I arrived 15 minutes early, but was unable to check in, which is very rare in my experience. I was asked to wait while the front desk associate retrieved her manager. When the manager showed up, I watched as another couple checked in after me (still before check in time). Come check in time, the front desk associate completely ignored me. I reproached her after 3pm, and that same front desk associate said she had to get her manager again. After the front desk person left, a different associate (who was not the manager from before), was able to check me in. Mind you, I was in a King studio for $600/night. I should've requested a different room because of the "white noise" from the HVAC units outside. Because the room does not offer free water, I returned to the lobby to retrieve some from the tank next to the front desk. There were no cups. When I asked for one, the front desk associate asked me to wait while she checked in 3+ different guests/parties. I have a medical condition where I can pass out if I don't stay extremely hydrated, so I plopped myself down on the nearest baggage caddy, and waited for my lightheadedness to subside. I did not have the energy to be more assertive. After the guests cleared, I asked again. The associate had cups RIGHT there at her computer. I couldn't believe I was deprioritized when it would've taken seconds. At check out, I handed my key, and gave my last name to the front desk. An hour later, I get a call to confirm I had checked out?"

"Excellent hotel! Everything was clean and well-maintained, check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was polite and welcoming. Highly recommend!"

"It was safe and clean and in a cool neighborhood. I had issues with my room and they moved me to another room since they could not fix the issues with my original room. The staff was responsive. The bed was very comfortable. There are several things that would make the room better for minimal cost - a mirror over the bathroom sink (near the outlet) so you can dry your hair would be good, for example."

"The garden in the backyard is amazing, the cafes and lounge are wonderful. The rooms themselves are fabulous. A main issue we had was that the hotel is under some fairly major construction. At first we were put into a very loud room right in the middle of it with stone saws going off all around the room, but after getting to the room I called down and a lovely woman came and escorted me to another quiet room in a totally different part of the hotel. From there, the stay was quite nice, except that the gorgeous park in the backyard is rendered non-relaxing all day due to the construction above, only nice at night. Would for sure stay here again when the hotel is not under construction."

"The property was better than expected based on what I had read in the reviews. I decided to take the risk since it was just for 1 night, free parking close to the event I attended. I'm happy I did. However, I was given the wrong room, I booked a King got 2 double beds. I overlooked it only because I just wanted a place to sleep for the night. The room details said that it would be equipped with iron/ironing board but that was not the case. Thankfully, but not ideal, an iron was available upon request."

"Very cleanly maintained. We had booked it at very last minute. The room was ready for us. There is a very good bakery near by for quick breakfast. Hotel had coffee available. Friendly staff."
