Our unit has beautiful and unobstructed Gulf views from all rooms. Sitting on our Balcony is like being at the beach. There is no way to be closer to the water in Destin and you can enjoy these views from each room! You are so close that you can watch your children right from our balcony. Spacious 1430 sq feet, newly renovated and attractively decorated. Our unit is in excellent condition.

The master suite features a king-sized, canopy bed with an awesome gulf front view, an LED flat panel TV with a DVD, ample closet space, and an over-sized, connecting master bathroom. The master bath is spacious and has a large tile and glass in shower with a built-in seat. The guest bedroom has a two queen beds, another great gulf front view, an LED TV, ample storage and a connecting bathroom.

The kitchen features all wood cabinetry, granite counter tops, all stainless-steel appliances, glass pendant accent lights and also a gorgeous gulf view.

The living room area features a 42" LED Vizio Smart TV with built in streaming Aps, and a dedicated VIzio sound bar, to bring theater into our condo. Guests with NETFLIX, HULU, YOUTUBE or AMAZON accounts can also stream video content directly though our versatile system. We have unlimited FAST & FREE WIFI for our guests.

Our 3rd floor view and the sound of the ocean is unforgettable. You can park your car just footsteps away from the elevator and walk a few more foot steps into your oceanfront retreat. Our unit is about the closest you can be in Destin to the ocean and you will soon experience this wonder. We also include free beach service set up of chairs and an umbrella for our guests staying with us from March 1st to October 31st.

You can't beat this location! In the heart of Destin, Shoreline Towers is within minutes from restaurants, shopping, water sports, fishing and golf. Within 1/2 mile (a 15-minute walk) there are 2 large grocery stores, a Target, 2 major chain pharmacies, a US Post Office, a UPS Store, 3 fast food outlets, 15 restaurants. You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and less than a mile from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park.

Walk just steps to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are amazing! Enjoy the soothing sauna, swim in our pristine clean pool, play tennis, pickleball or shuffleboard, use the exercise room, grill out, or picnic by the lake. We even have a clubhouse for your gatherings with family and friends. Security on property 24/7 for guest safety and convenience.


TO RESERVE OUR UNIT:
1. Verify your Dates: March 1 to December 31st. We Accept bookings of 4 nights or longer, however we prefer SATURDAY to SATURDAY rentals.
2. You can book it online within the VRBO site. Just enter your dates to begin the process and follow the prompts. If you book our condo online you will receive our rental agreement by email. at the time of booking. Booking the unit constitutes acceptance of the rental policy.
3. If you want to ask a question before booking, look for "Contact Owner" on the right of your screen. You can send me an email with your requests and ask questions about the unit before booking. I will answer all questions, send you a quote with the terms of the rental. If you are satisfied, you may then proceed with the booking.

WE TAKE YOUR SAFETY SERIOUSLY. The condo is completely tuned over and disinfected on the changeover day by the onsite housekeeping team. All towels and bed linens are completely removed from the unit and replaced with clean and sanitized sets. Housekeeping uses only EPA registered products, and every surface is wiped down according to protocols set forth by The CDC.

NOTE- Past renovation work. For our 2025 guests: All work has been completed in our condo complex and your stay will not be affected by any construction. In 2023 our towers were undergoing major renovation work and that work is all DONE.

This condo is a great place to stay if you like easy access to the beach, beautiful views from every room and being central to restaurants and shopping. The parking was easy and convenient and the amenities were excellent, from the well equipped gym to the gorgeous pool.

Great spot at the beach

Condo was situated perfectly to see the gulf from balcony and both bedrooms. Had gear to cook most anything. Beds comfortable, good AC and water/pressure. Beach chairs and umbrella were great to have too. We will stay again!

Gorgeous beach view

Our family had a wonderful time in Destin . The condo was beautiful and very clean. We highly recommend this to any family of four that wants the relaxation of the beach and a family, friendly condo setting ! The convenience of the beach being right there was amazing.!! This condo was extremely roomy and very family-friendly! we also felt very secure as with the check-in process and the nightly security going around checking things. I would highly recommend this condo and we will book this property again!

Perfect Beach Vacation

This property was perfect for a week at the beach! The location to restaurants was great as everything was less than a 15 minute drive even with traffic. The owner is super quick to respond which I appreciate. The only reason I did not give this a perfect five star review is the listing states that the second bedroom has two queen beds; however, they are double beds instead. Other than that, it was exactly what we needed for our vacation.

This Condo is as advertised! It was extremely clean, nicely decorated and more than enough room for our family of four. This condo is literally steps from the beach. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony watching the dolphins. The owners were very easy to deal with. I had lots of questions leading up to our stay and the owner was very kind and very quick to respond. We highly recemmend this condo and would definitely stay there again!

We loved this condo for our family vacation! It was nicely renovated and kitchen had everything that you would need. It was a nice surprise having a Kuerig in the condo for my morning coffee. It was nice being on the 3rd floor so we could take the stairs instead of elevator. We had a nice view of the ocean and the outdoor furniture was comfortable to sit on with the higher table and chairs. I would go back!

Perfect Condo!

We had the best time last week staying in this unit. Everything from the ease of checking in, the cleanliness of the unit, and location made this place perfect! The view of the sunrise every morning was breathtaking. The unit comes with pool/beach toys, which was nice as that was one less thing we had to bring. You are much closer to the beach than the pool, but honestly we preferred that. The pool wasn't that much further away. We liked it so much that we are already looking into booking for 2020!

Really appreciate the effort of the owner in making condo so comfortable and well apporationed. Thre view of the gulf was amazing!! Only little thing was master bed abit high. October in Destin, Shorline Towers - top notch

This second floor condo minutes from the beach was precisely as billed. Recently renovated, it was clean, roomy, fresh and quiet. All amenities are provided except beach chairs and umbrellas, but you don't need to rent them if you don't mind laying out behind the shoreline are which is reserved for those beach rentals. Check in and out could not have been easier with our owner providing maps and instructions in advance of our trip. The weather in October was nothing short of spectacular, so we combined a few days of fishing with some lazy time on the powder white and very wide beach. All in all our trip was awesome and we all highly recommend it

The condo was absolutely beautiful! The pictures did not do it justice! The owner checked in with me multiple times after we booked to answer questions and make sure everything was ok once we arrived. He provided suggestions for restaurants and things to do which were very helpful. The beach setup was ready for us every day, and the beach is gorgeous! I would absolutely book this exact condo again!!

Great property!

This was a girls trip and first time to Destin. This property was just as the online pictures were presented. We had a great view and steps away from the beach. The beach chair service was a wonderful perk too. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely stay here on our next trip to Destin!

Amazing View!

We had a wonderful vacation! You cannot beat the view from this condo. Absolutely beautiful. It’s so close to the beach and everything is very walkable. It was perfect for our family of 4 with the two beds in the second bedroom. The facilities were very nice and everyone was very friendly. Beach service was excellent too!
