“Bianca was lovely! The property was an ideal location which was located across from the train station and next to the ocean with a promenade in between. It was a short walk to the main downtown core but if you went the other direction there were a handful of restaurants right along the water. Although the building is historic, Bianca had completed a beautiful remodel for all of the units with up to date amenities.
