“Great place to spend some time away. I booked here for a few days for my birthday. Loved all of the privacy and the pool. I had a few questions one day, called Ryan, and he answered all of them and was very pleasant to speak with. Will go back again.”

“Very nice but a little too small for two adults and two teens , the location is a big plus. It is located right next to a restaurant and a lot of other cool places. The lady who helped us was super nice and very attentive. Overall we enjoyed staying there. Is a great place for families with small children”

“The room was clean. The person that cleaned was wonderful and was trying to clean all the cabins by herself, she needs a raise! The bed was awful and old. The cabins are old and definitely need some remodeling. I feel I should get some money back as it wasn’t as good as stated online. Very disappointed except for the cleaning person and bc she was so overwhelmed we were an hour late getting in our room. It would also be nice to have a screen door.”

“Was in a great area close to all the attractions you want to see in Manitou Springs area and still close to Colorado Springs. Only issue was internet was a little in and out now and then but not horrible. Will definitely stay again.”

“We found an old beer can, and food in a drawer when we arrived. None of the TV’s worked until the last day. Staff was great and helpful! Helped with the washer and dryer and gave us quarters back was super nice!”
