"No freezer in room and tv control not working, gotta go to change it a few times"

"Very clean room with good size bathroom, has a good size kitchen with utensils and pots if you want to cook, full size refrigerator, and microwave. Lobby staff is very nice and serves breakfast every morning. Has a gym and pool and area to play sports."

"Breakfast was ok but the eating area was very small as part of the office area. We got there when only a few guests were eating and it was already crowded. The unit is showing its age and the carpet in the room also seem to be dirty. If you are on a budget it is not a bad place to stay but some of the others in the area are worth the extra money if you can afford it. It is in a nice central location for the events we attend and if the other facilities were booked up we would consider staying here again but if available will be staying in one of the other facilities in the area. The staff were very nice."

"Very comfortable, convenient, great staff, and clean. I would give it 5 stars but light was out at bedside, conditioner dispiser was empty, and the shower head was very standard and low pressure. I woyld stay again though. "

"WE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH BREAKFAST. WEB SITE INICADED THEY SERVED 7-11. WE MISSED IT! THEY SAID HOURS WERE NOTED ON OUR TICKETS, BUT WE CHEKED IN AT 2 IN MORNING. SINCE I READ IT ENDED AT, AND CHECKED AT 2 AM I DIDN'T PAY ATTENTION TO ANYTHING BUT MY BED."

"We checked in got settled and turned the TV on, but, could only get 1 channel. I took the remote control down to the front desk to see if I needed a replacement. The attendant came to our room to check on the issue, rebooted the set and said to wait for it to restart and if it didn't work to call her so she could come back and re-check. Finally, the TV came back on, still only 1 channel. I tried to call, but no answer or dial tone! Went back down to let her know and she came back and checked again, still the same. I asked for a discount, but could not since it was booked through Expedia. She offered to move us to a room downstairs, but, we just said forget it we would just stay in the room. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10:00am. I went down to get us breakfast at 9:20am and they were already starting to close up. The attendant was not very friendly, but, the lady cleaning up was nice. When I checked out, I mentioned the TV and phone situation to make sure they looked into it and the attendant, again was not very pleasant. The first one, when we checked in was nice and tried to help."
