"The hotel was very nice. It being connected to the KFC Yum Center was very beneficial. The only reasons that I didn’t give five stars is because (1) we were given the wrong room other than what we booked and (2) we were charged a $45 valet fee on top of a $30 self parking fee. I got the $45 fee removed once I noticed, but if I hadn’t have paid attention to the receipt, then I wouldn’t have noticed. The drink machines stayed out of stock but that is expected with how busy the hotel was. I would stay here again if an occasion arises."

"The check-in staff were really friendly & helpful. The room was a nice size and had everything we needed. The location is great and just 1 block from activities on Market St. Parking on the street is free but very limited, otherwise there’s a pricey parking garage on the back side of the hotel. "

"From the moment we walked in our first evening till check out the staff were amazing. He had a lite supper and a couple drinks in the restaurant prices and portions were decent. Breakfast both mornings was hot, well stocked and had a great selection. Bed was comfortable even had 2 types of pillows soft and firm. We go to Louisville a few times a year for over night trips we will be back here for sure! "
