“Very good ”

“The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There are many dining and shopping options walkable from the hotel. ”

“April at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. However, our overall stay had several issues. Although we booked a non-smoking room, there was a noticeable smoke odor upon entering. We were offered a room change but chose to have housekeeping spray air freshener, which only temporarily masked the smell. Around 12:30 AM, there was significant noise coming from the room above us, likely due to children running and jumping. I attempted to call the front desk……

“Didn’t use the business facilities ”

“I made a reservation Expedia told me to be there to check in the next day . When I got there they were closed. I had a family emergency so I couldn’t spend the rest of my afternoon stalking the internet going from Expedia to birch suites to figure out why they were close although I did try reaching out to Expedia with no results . So trip cancelled went home . Next day birch suites said since I had made the reservation thru Expedia then they were the ones that had to change my reservation date……

“Black out curtains don’t close - front desk “oh yea we know several rooms mothers are not getting to operate the curtains” and AC squeaked all night / choose somewhere else until they can get maintenance onsite. ”

“The receptionist was wonderful at check in! She gave us ideas on where to go to get the Louisville experience! The breakfast was also quite decent for a hotel! Overall clean place and extremely satisfied. ”

“We called the first night and asked for extra blankets and were told they were out and we could be provided with an extra sheet. The next morning we went to breakfast at 9:10 and there were crumbs left when it was supposed to end at 9:30. That night we stopped by the front desk on our way in to ask for some towels because we did not allow the staff in our room while we were away and were told they were out of towels. Once we got to our room I was making up my bed to get in it and I noticed there……

“Very nice hotel. Room had fridge, but no microwave ( no biggie for us). Coffee was available 24 hours in lobby . Room was modern and had plenty of USB ports.”
