"I did not have a good experience at all. The first room I was in had bed bugs and I have pictures of multiple bugs in the bed. It also had black mold in the bathroom and I got stuck in the room because the deadbolt got stuck. When I moved rooms on my second night, I still discovered bugs and the bedding had lots of hair on it (not mine) and there was even some sort of red stained liquid on the side of the bed."

"They wanted to charge me half a days room rate to check in before noon. That's the first time that's happened to me in a Boston hotel. When I returned at 3, the front desk told me I'd have to sign up for Sonesta points to get into my room since checkin time was at 4."
