“隔音太差了，楼上的住户一直吵，吵到夜里十二点多。房内有不少小飞虫，卫生死角的清洁度不行。”

“room size is good，but no services at all，for four days，we only have one soap，breakfast was extremely bad，very little items, we did not eat it, and it started at 8.30, strange, will never come back again.”

“Staff was very nice. The parking was limited but doable. Lots of stairs, no elevator, but it was a very nice and pretty building. The staircase was kept tidy and clean. Had enough soaps for the night. Great breakfast and overall, it was a nice cozy little stay for the night. Thank you, staff members”

“We stayed in a cabin at the Presidential. It was spacious, clean, well stocked . The beds were comfortable. There is a lake, playgrounds and even sheep and goats. The staff was more than courteous. They even built a campfire so we could meet our fellow cabin dwellers. The location is excellent for Franconia Notch and the White Mountain adventures. ”

“We loved the location of this property. It’s close to dining, shopping and the river to relax by. The room was as pictured, clean and welcoming. No issues with parking or needing a pass. Gas station next door for snacks or items left at home. Has a cute pool area but was too cold for us to use. ”
