Palaces in Franklin

Hotel is now Best Western and is wonderful. Modern, clean, friendly staff and seasonably priced for a Texas A&M football weekend. Only 30 minutes rom Kyle Field.

Lady at front desk was great and always willing to help!!!

Nice in gently used condition. Quiet. Comfortable beds!!

Excellent hotel and services, we really enjoyed our stay

The hotel was very clean, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, the bartender made it a point to learn our names, the hotel had a wonderful fragrance in the hallways. I loved that there is a bar near the lobby with plenty of seating at the bar and tables nearby, and an excellent bartender. The bar was open late into the night. There is a small pantry at the front desk where you can purchase sodas, snack items, ice cream. All can be charged to your room. The breakfast...

It is only about 6 months old -- very clean, good staff, felt safe, nice area of town. Would stay here again!

I had a handicap room and parking space , however, someone parked in my space who was not handicapped which was inconvenient for me.

Very friendly staff and they really tried to keep it clean. There were no body wash in the restroom but we always travel with our own. Small rooms but very comfortable beds. No microwave in the room only a small fridge but we stayed just for one night so it did the job.

I traveled and decided to stay here , the stay was amazing! Very clean , comfy , and spacious. Would 10/10 recommend!

Overall it was a good experience and I will stay there next time I am working in the area.

This is a new facility with very helpful and friendly staff members. The price is very good and convenient to anything in Bryan College Station. Their breakfast buffet is also very good and beats many of their competitors. I would definitely stay there again and will later this fall

Love the clerk when we checked in she was awesome, and then when we had breakfast the last day we checked out the clerk was awesome as well I asked him if he would fill breakfast at around 8:20am and he did without hesitation and he was very loving about it.. So thank you for allowing my family to stay there while visiting our dad and brother we truly enjoyed it..

We just needed a clean, close place to the lake. They take pride in their hotel. This is a family owned business, and they were so nice and accommodating. Their dog, Gordo was a pleasure to hang with, too. Support this place.

It was a studio, which we really liked and dog-friendly. It had a small dog-park area and was conveniently located.
