Propert was like new, very clean and very well maintained. Everything was as anticipated. Especially nice were the recommended Vinyards and Distilleries. It was nice and especially helpful to have a list of rec ommendations for those who may have been new to the area. Thank you for a very nice stay!

Great home
This home was in a nice quiet community just off of Main Street. Loved the location and the house. It was well stocked from utensils to shampoo. Very clean. I will be staying here again when I visit Fredericksburg.

Cute little cottage unit tucked away off the main drag, but close enough to get around easily. Comfy beds, modern kitchen and amenities! Very nice!

Awesome weekend
The house was located in a great place, not far from Main Street shopping. I took my daughter and three friends for a weekend 17th birthday party of shopping and having fun in Fredericksburg. The place was perfect for the occasion and very clean. We all slept great and enjoyed watching movies, even oldies. I would stay here again and recommend the place for any one to stay when in Fredericksburg.

Cozy stay in Fredericksburg Texas
We had a short but welcome get-a-way at this lovely property. The weather was cloudy and cool so we didn't get to use the porch/patio area. But for talking, laughing and catching up the weather didn't matter. The place was nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. If in the area, again, we would certainly hope to stay here again.

Great spot, close to the action but far enough away.
The unit was a perfect floor plan for our two couples. Beautiful furnishings and had everything you need. It was hard to cool unit off at night and ceiling fans in bedroom would have been nice. Water heater a bit small or turned down too much for 4 showering.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at 303 Wine Down. It’s conveniently located close to Main Street with easy access to many of Fredericksburg’s attractions. This property was very spacious for our family as well as clean and comfortable. We would recommend to others.

Great spot to stay
My family and I were in town for a last minute trip during Thanksgiving. This condo had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was extremely clean and the owners were responsive to anything we needed. Will definitely keep this place on our list for future trips.

Great Accommodations
Our group included one who has mobility issues and this was the perfect place to stay as the open floor plan allowed easy movement with the wheelchair and the passages were wide. Also, the step in shower was a plus. Kitchen was well stocked, the place was very clean, and we loved the privacy of the back patio. Because of its location, it was very quiet--away from traffic noise and we all slept well. We would stay there again.

Beautiful property with a spacious open concept kitchen, living, and dining area. A nicely appointed back yard, with easy entry and plentiful parking. Comfortably sleeps 4, but 6 is doable with the pull out. Close to Main Street with lots of wineries and a few breweries just a short drive away.
