“Our stay was wonderful, we were surprised by the apt sized refrigerator with freezer as well as the dishwasher. The room was big with a nice couch. The shower was roomy. We only spent one night but would consider this type hotel again, especially for a longer stay.”

There was a roach that ran across the desk as soon as we walked in and turned the lights on. There was mold on the ceiling, the smoke detector was literally missing just the exposed wires was present, the floors were unswept and disgusting (toe nails in the corner, food wrappers, etc.), there were gnats in the fridge, Ethernet boxes with no cover plate, and it……

“The first room was dirty with bugs in tub, tv did not work and bathroom door did not shut”

“The hotel's website said there was "self parking" available. What this means is that you pay $30 per night at a lot across the street from the hotel. The infuriated me. In addition, there was NOTHING in the room about guest services, checkout time, room service, menu for the on-site restaurant, not a shred of information about restaurants or other places to visit nearby. That is useful information to me. It almost felt like the hotel was run by robots.”

“I wouldn't recommend this place at all went to our room and as soon as you walked in a non-smoking room it smelt like cigarettes. We checked the mattresses and found horrific stains and black mold all over the mattresses the cleanliness of this place was very disgusting i will never be booking this place every again.”
