"Let me start off by saying I mistakenly booked a smoking room which was on me. I should have been more diligent when reading the room description instead of just focusing on the price. That being said, when the desk manager told me it was a smoking room, naturally I was upset. I’d been driving for 14 hours so I was exhausted and irritated. The manager was very sympathetic to my issue but the rooms were all sold out. It was too late to cancel the room without being charged and when I called Expedia as he suggested, I was advised it was the hotel’s choice not to charge me. He never mentioned that. That was strike one. The room was absolutely disgusting smelling. The price was way too high for the state of the room. Strike two. And the guests in the adjoining room were super loud along with their television. I could hear every word of their conversation without even wanting to. I called the front desk and nothing was done about it which is bad because it was well after 11:00 pm. I couldn’t sleep all night. My grandson woke up with a sore throat and stuffy nose just from the amount of cigarette stench. And that, folks, is strike three. I will not be re-visiting this establishment."

"One of the cleanest hotels my family has been in a very long time .. the staff is also very friendly specially the sweet breakfast ladys. The only thing I would change would be the parking. Its very far from the entrance. Overall a great stay."

"The inn is dated, but when entering the lobby, it reeked of marijuana smoke and stale odors. The place is dingy looking, but clean enough. Rooms—pillows and sheets are very clean, beds are comfy. Furniture is dated; fine if that’s your style. Employees are friendly and helpful. Breakfast consisted of rehydrated eggs and potatoes, ham, and toast and bagels. There was a waffle maker. When I squeezed my eggs, lots of liquid came out of them. Potatoes were very dry. Otherwise, tolerable. On the day of checking out, I noticed a $40 charge on my account—they charged for a dog I didn’t have and didn’t bother to let me know! If I didn’t see the charge, they would have gotten away with it. I do not recommend this place unless you want to save a few dollars."
