"A fantastic stay at Royal Palm Resort & Spa. The resort is vast and exceptionally well equipped, with everything you could need available on site. The direct access to the beautiful beach is a real highlight and offers a lovely stroll along the coast towards the lighthouse. We booked the private spa for a three-hour session, which was absolutely amazing and well worth it. "Inside and around the bed was swarming with tiny insects. I had to wait until the next day to change room. When reported to reception no apology for the inconvenience. Customer service was minimal. Not what I would expect for a 4 star resort."

"We upgraded our stay, but it some of the upgrade figures never materialised, even after highlighting this to reception staff, which were rather ignorant. Housekeeping staff were very nice and friendly, big thank you to them. Bar and restaurant staff were hit and miss, some of them were very good, others were not really interested in their job. Overall we had a good time and considering to return. "
