“The Maurushaus offers a beautiful historic stay in the old town of Füssen. We were welcomed by the owner who explained us about the attractions, activities in the area and gave us some tips. We got a big room on the first floor. Breakfast was simple but good enough for a short stay. The owner said guests can also buy their own breakfasts and eat here. “I love this place! It has a very nice garden. If you are in the garden in sunset time, you will see the hill turns pink with the reflection of the light. It was the magic moment. “The breakfast was the best! The dining room overlooks the beautiful lake and mountains and the food is really tasty. The room we got was a bit tucked in the back and had no view. It was very large and the beds were comfortable enough. It did get quite cold and we had no ability to adjust the heating. Note that there is no parking included with the hotel, there is only street parking and it is only free after 6 PM. ”
