“Everything was absolutely amazing! Stayed overnight on Opening Day, didn’t want to drive back to the burbs. The staff was incredible and accommodating in every way! I stayed in the 1 bedroom and it was very spacious for me and my partner. We had friends visit and they were completely blown away by the size and just the overall layout. Not to mention top of the line toiletries. Even the valet dudes were nice! 10s all around!!”

“We were told our luggage would be in our room by 4:00 PM, but it wasn’t delivered until 5:20 PM, causing us to miss our dinner reservation. The room was also extremely loud from street noise, and we couldn’t sleep until well after 1:30 AM. There was also an unexpected destination amenity fee. When we raised these issues, we were told nothing could be done because we booked through a third party. Very disappointed, especially given the cost of the stay and missing the reservation that was one of……
