“We had gotten there at 2 or 3 am. I entered the after hours lobby and checked in. After getting the key I walked to the room and opened it. It was filthy and the ac was broken and humming. This was not a safe place to stay. I asked for a different room they did not have one I asked for a refund also would not give me one. The lady at the front desk was not helpful at all and I had to go down the block to get another hotel at nearly the same price. The victory is a much better hotel at almost the……

“Simply put, this hotel is run down, bunch of trash everywhere, random people asking for money, rides, drugs... room (the 3rd one we got) was not cleaned as it should be. Went to target and bought large sheets to cover bed. Did not use shower, it was horrible. Bugs in the room as well. Decided it wasn't worth it. Didn't sleep in the room. Ended up going to a friends house.”

“I am a smoker, so had to go off property to smoke, always felt like someone who work/lives there was watching every move made, never felt that way at a hotel before, so that was not comfortable. Every time I smoked, a lady that must live/work there went outside and watched me from her first floor room.
