Rooms were dirty, refrigerator didn’t work and smelled horrible, curtains were tattered, AC didn’t work and room felt like a sauna, toilet didn’t flush, bathtub horribly chipped and it had roaches. Had to check out and find other lodgings. Worst experience of my life.

Staff was super great, and the price was very reasonable. However, you definitely get what you pay for… The AC was off when we got there but worked well!

The front desk person was extremely helpful and great. However the rest of the property was abysmal. This is not a hotel, it’s a hovel. Nothing works. The beds looked clean however. I left as soon as I checked in. As someone from out of town I understood it is nonrefundable for a reason. There is no WiFi, there is no gym, the pool is off limits. It is a barely functional place.

I simply cannot believe that a place like this costs $200, even during peak season. In the hot Florida weather, the room had clearly been left without air conditioning for an extended period of time, and it smelled strongly of mold. The sink appeared to be contaminated with something, the floor was dirty, and the overall hygiene was simply unacceptable. Thankfully, the bed sheets were clean and in good condition. I am not trying to put the place down or unfairly criticize it. I am simply describing exactly what my son and I experienced and how we felt about the condition of the room.
