"This home was perfect. Great location, great layout, views for miles, and incredible stargazing. And it is only 20 minutes from town despite feeling incredibly private and remote. We saw 20 shooting stars in one night from the front deck. We would definitely recommend this property. We will definitely be back. "

"We arrived late at night the directions were so helpful. I’d arrive in the light 0f day instead. The accommodations were super clean and well designed. It’s an awesome grain bin. So different. Big comfy bed. Lots of blankets. We came for the stars on a dark sky night. It was so satisfying! We laid right outside our grain bin in the back of our truck. We brought pillows and blankets. The Luriad Meteor shower was happening. We watched from 2:30 am till dawn. For me, it was spectacular. I met the owner and she was so cool. They’re completing more places to stay and I’m certain they’ll be awesome. We had the BEST time!!!!!"

"The cabin was so cozy and warm. The fireplace was such a fun ambiance! The sheets and towels smelled so clean and fresh! Beds were comfy! It was the best! The creek in the back of the house was so fun to play in for our daughters. Highly recommend this cabin! "

"This review is for the Great Sand Dunes LODGE Pros: Newly remodeled bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. Microwave, frig, and TV in room worked. Cons: Sliding doors hard to slide and lock. Slider screen was ripped. Wife questioned whether bed linens were fresh. Breakfast is light (packaged muffins, packaged juice, cereal). No other food available. (Make sure you bring your own food.) Office was closed from 7 pm to 8 am. For $220/night this place is kind of run down."

"The room was very nice and exceptionally clean. I am a Housekeeping Supervisor at a Quality Inn and two mom-and-pop hotels, so I can truly appreciate a well-maintained room. Everything was clean, fresh, and well taken care of. We really enjoyed our stay, and I have already recommended this place to my team. Great job to the housekeeping staff for providing such a clean and comfortable room—well done! 👏"

"From the moment we drove up, we knew that this was going to be a very nice place in a beautiful location and it was! Very clean, nicely appointed, just offered a fun and cozy vibe. "Our rooms were clean and comfortable, we did a 3 bed option and it came with 2 rooms with a connecting bathroom, in a unit outside the main hotel, and we were able to park outside our rooms, we liked the set up. The hotel was a bit dated but clean & well mantained. The indoor pool & hot tub was great. The breakfast was a mix of self serve with a cook taking orders & making fresh cooked options for the day. Like a breakfast burrito or bowl, breakfast sandwich & hash brown, biscuits & sausage Gravey & eggs. All & all this was a pleasant experience"
