“Very nice room and amenities. Had cleaning crew try to enter our room multiple times on checkout day hours before 11 which was not appreciated. Otherwise great”

“Our stay was fantastic and I would love to come back. The staff is exceptional. I accidentally left my rings in a locker after visiting the spa and both the spa staff and front desk attendant, Cole, made sure I got them back. The spa services were amazing (shout out Joshua,) and the amenities are fantastic. It’s a little far from town but the club steakhouse was excellent.”

“Very little interest in guest service, a lot of interest in nickel and diming their guests. When you pull under the entry canopy, you can see the bellman standing inside at his desk. But he does not bother to even glance your way until after you unload 3 heavy suitcases and drag them thru the sliding glass doors to the front desk. For this treatment, we were charged in addition to the room rate, a $30 "Resort Fee" AND $15 nightly parking fee.. A suburban "resort" with acres of parking, but……

“It was a wonderul room with a great view. Hotel staff was very friendly. I would skip the breakfast room service and opt for the restaurant. Dinner was great and the ambience around the property was fantastic. The walking path is right there for access around the lake. Would definitely stay again. ”
