“Front desk hours are extremely limited. We arrived at 8:30 PM and the desk was closed. You have to call an after hours number to have someone come and check you in - we waited nearly 15 minutes. We made a reservation for 3 people and the rooms only provide you with two towels. You can either PAY to have extra towels, or exchange towels to get more (but only during office hours) No soap, shampoo, conditioner, or lotion in the rooms. “This facility was very over priced compared to the quality of other Hotels. It appeared to be a new facility but was very cheaply made. The construction and finish work was not very impressive and very over priced based on quality of the Hotel. I would not recommend and will not stay at another Home 2 Hilton again.”
