The staff was attentive, and the room and its appointments were among the best we've ever stayed in the world. I have no reservations in recommending this fine location to anyone looking for a respite in the middle of a gorgeous city, with the location optimal, the dining exquisite, the hotel management impeccable, and the experience exceeding all expectations. "We really enjoyed staying at Hotel West End. The location along the Promenade Anglais was excellent and in short walking distance of the Old Town and Castle Hill. We checked in and the hotel staff got us into our room in less than 15 minutes. The service was impeccable. I felt like I was transported back in time. I would definitely stay here again. "
