“Reserved a room that stated in slept 3 adults. After getting in late the day of arrival, we learned the couch was not a fold out and the ac was intermittent all night disrupting our sleep. Addressed the 3rd bed issue following morning. No resolution by 5pm so we packed to leave. Received a call at 6:30pm with the manager telling us that when a room states sleeps 3 adults - it implies you need to ask for a roll away bed. Dont waste your money here, elementary customer service and they’re still……
