“Everything was exactly as good as expected at a Hampton…..except the bed. It was horrific. We almost didn’t stay the 2nd night because the bed was so bad…..but we had already paid for it. Hard, lumpy, very squeaky….woke up through the night with aches. Really disappointed because everything else was great. ”

“It was a fine property with the exception of the beds. It is past time to replace them. They are very uncomfortable due to large area of the sink hole in the middle of both beds. I asked about it, I was informed that the property is due for a refresh. ”
