“The reality is I can’t rate the facilities as we never even got to see them. Staff told us on arrival (after a 6h drive) that they’d given our room to someone else. What’s worse is that we STILL haven’t seen an email telling us of the cancellation supposedly sent to lastminute.com. Very unimpressed!!!!!”

“Located at side of Lake Macquarie. Must put Marks Point if you set GPS. The same highway number led us to a place 40 mins far away. Owner of motel is a friendly lady and give us valuable info of where to explore and eat. Will stay there again for future visits. Restaurant at Gunyah Hotel nearby is very good too.”

“Abermain was a fantastic hotel. Great location to be close to the wineries in Pokolbin and Lovedale. Room was clean and it’s situated in a hotel that is 115 years old. We were worried about the shared bathroom but it was totally fine. The bar food looked great, even though we didn’t indulge after a day at the wineries. Would definitely come back to the Abermain. ”

“整體環境可以，冷氣有冷，房乾淨，淋浴廁所很空間大，共用冰箱跟微波爐及熱水壺都有提供。唯獨隔音效果不佳，廁所使用淋浴時，水管聲音很大，連房間都聽得到，非常吵。”

“Everything was fine except the Bath towels were marked as if not washed properly. They had black streaks in them. Otherwise very clean, well appointed and very comfortable.”

“Our room didn’t have an iron or board but when we approached staff we were provided with them immediately. Kitchenette has fridge with freezer, microwave, sink, crockery, toaster and kettle. Small table and chairs appreciated. Good location and great bed. ”
