My family is a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, so our stay for 2 nights wasn’t bad but we did have higher expectations for the price we paid . But all in all we would stay again when visiting Gatlinburg .

It was ok, nothing great. The toilets continually stopped up, furniture looked worn especially the couch's in the lobby, those were really bad looking. In our room we only had a half door in the shower so you had to reach in around the "door" to turn the water on then it was cold, terrible design.The bed was very uncomfortable and it squeaked,
