Beautiful views, friendly staff, big space, short walk from downtown, but far enough away for some peace and quiet as downtown is a bit crazy with people. We really enjoyed our stay.

Booked a couple nights at the chalet while passing through and loved every minute of it. Room was clean and just what we needed. Loved the exposed rock in the room, it was giving cabin in the mountains. They provided more than enough towels and the front desk was very nice and helpful with anything we needed. 10/10 would stay here again. Prime location as well for going into town.

Awesome location. I wish there was a choice of a Mountain View room, but the pool area and outdoor deck above the pool makes up for that. AC/Heating needs to be updated but overall a great stay.

The staff 110% extremely nice and helpful. The room is so run down, marks on walls from fixing stuff and not painted over, very very outdated, microwave so old used to be white now a yellow and did not work! Weird musty smell. Very disappointed

Our room at the Chalet Inn was cozy and in walking distance to several main attractions. Fresh towels delievered daily. We were able to enjoy a nice relaxing evening in the large jacuzzi after a long day of fun. Don't miss a chance to stay at this quaint spot offering beautiful scenic views overlooking the mountains and city lights.

This was such a cute place to stay. The room was outdated but very spacious. The balcony had a great view of the mountains and you could hear the river flowing below. It was very peaceful. We enjoyed the pool, mostly to ourselves.

The building is under maintenance in the main lobby so you have to walk/drive down to the echonolodge but if you really think about it it was a great walk from the rooms on top the hill to the bottom and back in the mountain area. The lady we spoke too to check in was so nice and chatty and the room was just as a hotel should be. Clean towels and the ac was on when we arrived, the balcony had the most beautiful view of the Great Smokey Mountains, and the beds were nice and bug and stain free. Will think about staying again but definitely going to recommend to friends and family!
