The second room was dirty, looked like blood on a lower part of a wall. Sheets didn't look clean at all. Toilet made a loud noise for 2 minutes after flushing. It was nothing glamorous just a basic room so it did have a mini fridge and microwave. However, I had a horrible check-in experience. I prepaid for the room online using myhotels.com credit card only to arrive and have the staff not know how to process my check-in. They were convinced that the card I paid with was a card I didn't even own and they were going to charge me again. The staff member said that prepaid meant that I hadn't paid and it was only an authorization. It took about 10 minutes of trying to explain to her what was going on for her to call a superior and the check-in to be fully processed.
