When I reached the hotel at 10:30 a.m. the check in person told me that my room was ready however it would be an additional $100.00 to check in early. I told her that I had meetings downtown all day and that I would check my bags and come back later after diner. I arrived back to the hotel after a full day and retrieved my luggage and preceded to the check in counter. The clerk told me that they did not have ANY rooms available and that they would have to relocate me to the airport area as NO ONE had rooms downtown. (I already had paid for the room) While this was going on several people informed me that they did the same thing to them earlier in the day. After 45 min, they were able to put me in a room. The room was NOT what we paid for as we paid in advance. Bait and switch as it's finest. After getting our keys to the room we turned around and they did the same thing to the couple behind us. Beware of this hotel.
