"We were a group of 8 friends traveling through the Basque country. Communication and checkin went smoothly. The accommodation is modest but spacious, perfectly suited for our group. The location of the apartment is a major plus - 1 block from La Concha beach and close to the old quarter. I would definitely recommend this apartment!"

"Great location, near shops, pleasant 15 min walk to old town, hosts quickly responsive to requests. Unit was clean with everything functioning but a bit more sparse than fotos showed. Plenty of room. If you are used to city living and sleep like a rock no matter what than I would recommend this place for you. The ONLY issue that would keep us from renting this place again is the noise. There are several bars/ restaurants (great pintxos) just below across street as well as big trash and recycle...

It was comfortable for my family, our niece, and my parents to stay in. We were able to enjoy being together while having space. Any issues we had were addressed. "The place is a great vacation spot - right by the beach and all the rich life that the Gros neighborhood has to offer. The apartment is well appointed and provides what you need for a few days in San Sebastián, from beach towels to rain umbrellas (yes, both are definitely called for!). The apartment is a little tight in the bathroom and kitchen (there’s not really a great space to eat) but none of that matters much if you’re just staying a few days. "Great location for exploring the Basque Coast. Apartment is great for families...exceptionally clean with modern conveniences. Owner is responsive within minutes by phone or email, and is quite helpful with recommendations and suggestions for sightseeing, dining, etc. If we return to this area of España, we would certainly look to book this apartment again."

"Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung und Umgebung war sehr schön. Wir haben die Natur und herrliche Atlantikluft sehr genossen. Es hat uns nur das kleine und sehr enge, offensichtlich noch nicht renovierte Bad, mit Sitzbadewanne als Dusche, in unserem "Wohlbefinden" beeinträchtigt. Allerdings war die Sicht auf den Hafen und den Atlantik einmalig schön. Es war insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt."

"We have just had three nights here and what a fantastic three nights they were. The property is lovely and in the perfect location, just a short stroll from old town (5 mins) and new town (5 mins). Despite being so central it was very quiet, and we had two balconies with our room (204!) including a glimpse of the sea! All the staff were lovely and friendly, and provided a map with recommendations. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you "
