"This was honestly the worst experience at any place I’ve stayed at in Ghana. I booked this room because it had amenities that I needed like a washer. I tried to wash clothes and the washer was broken and it leaked all over the floor. There was only one outlet in the entire unit that I could use, the couch was broken, there was no drying rack like other units had to dry clothes, the handle for the showerhead was broken so in order to bathe, you had to hold it. Solomon the security guard went above and beyond for me whenever he worked. Management of my rooms helped me and gave me kindness and understanding iam truly grateful I booked this place. To the staff , I thank you all for your patience and kindness. I was not well or at my best and you took such good care of me. God bless you all. I know they did what most places wouldnt.
