Really liked the place - friendly staffs especially Michael is one of the best customer related staff they have . Dinning option best, neat rooms . The view of Adomi bridge from the room is exceptional .

Great staff! Daniel front desk agent was great! He made me feel at home. He took time to explain everything about the hotel and walked the room and explained how everything works. From my hospitality background this hotel blew my mind. Food was also great! Staff very nice.

I had an amazing time at Lemon. We were running late (arriving after 9pm) and the owner called and messaged us for our dinner order so that we were well fed upon arrival. Once we arrived they had our rooms and keys ready. Staff stayed late to ensure we were set to go. Food was great! Drinks great! Entertainment great! Owners and staff welcoming. I did have an issue at the hotel and the owners responded immediately and apologized. They resolved it and created a great experience.

I have stayed here on other occasions and never been disappointed with my stay. It is very consistent in the service provided and the room assigned. The staff is always very courteous and professional.

I travel for business and require mid to long term accommodation. I usually stay at hotels close to the airport but was fortunate to have stumbled across Accra Luxury Apartment. The accommodation was nice, comfortable, clean and safe. The property was new and pristine. The pictures do not do it justice. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The pineapple juice at check-in was greatly appreciated. Sweet and refreshing. My room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, another guest on my floor was praying literally shouting at the top of his lungs. I thought I would be patient and let him finish. Fredericks Lodge is an oasis in Kumasi. It is a convenient distance from the airport and is more of a boutique hotel. It is impeccably clean with comfortable beds and high quality linen. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was just what we needed to start our day with a selection of Ghanaian and European options. This is my second time staying there because it is so welcoming and safe.

It's a very beautiful and quiet place, made to have some cool temperature condition around the sitting areas even when the weather is hot.... They have very nice staff and very welcoming reception.
