We had to switch rooms because our keys didn’t work and she made everything smooth. She also granted us a late checkout at 1 o’clock for free, which was wonderful because we were waiting for our car to be repaired as we were passing through. The room was very clean, the full breakfast was worth it in my opinion bc everything was hot and……
