“Not sure where to start. The first room We were assigned. Well when we opened the door the room was not cleaned. Beds were not made. The next room we had to move due to a strong order. I will never stay in that establishment again. I should have gotten my money back. I strongly recommend that no one stays at this hotel.”

“Hotel was very convenient to the CAE airport, apx 12 minutes away. The shuttle driver Stanley was very accommodating and friendly. Actually all staff we encountered, Jamal, Melvin, Doristine and the nice women who waited on us for breakfast , were very friendly and pleasant… certainly A++++ in customer service! Room was good and bath room was noisy. AC was noisy but kept the room cool.”

“If I could leave negative stars I would. It was a disaster from the moment we checked in. Walked to the room and it was a king room and sofa bed. Booked a double queen room. Was told the GM made the change due to water damage. We were basically told to deal with it or go somewhere else. In the middle of the stay at 6pm on a Saturday the shift “supervisor” says he has to close the pool with a whole softball team swimming, he just ran off a baseball team, to “do a routine clean” of the pool. When……

“Everyone was very pleasant and they was very attentive to everything. I enjoyed myself so much that I would be staying again when I go to Columbia, South Carolina everything was perfect. I see greatness with this place thank you for everything.”

“I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Close proximity to the convention center and lots of restaurants. Very clean rooms. Since it is a new property they have some minor issues such as my room tv cromecast was connecting to a different room. I reported this issue but no one acted on it. Fitness room has water fountain, but can use disposable paper cups. Limited breakfast options.”
