"I've always wanted to try camping on the beach and this was a great way to do it. The tent is very spacious and clean and it is nice not having to bring any extra stuff or set up anything - the tent and chairs are already there. Just bring a cooler and relax. Easy check in, the owner communicated with us prior to arrival. The room was nice and clean, and appeared to be recently renovated. They have a large covered patio area with tables and grills, and plenty of parking. It's on stilts, so there's a lot of stairs, but that's true for all coastal structures. The location is perfect, just a few blocks from the beach, and a short drive and ferry ride to Galveston.
