“The Nook is a lovely retreat in the countryside with all the facilities you need. Its own kitchen with all the equipment you need and a lovely lounge/bedroom which is comfortable as well as spacious for 2 people. Will definitely book to stay here again.”

The kitchen was well equipped to include extra bin bags and dishwasher tablets. The complimentary wine, croissants, milk, juice, and water etc, was a great touch, too. Louise was a fantastic host; great communication, met us on arrival for tour of the house (also very kindly left us nice bottle of wine, crisps and a large carrot cake from the local bakery on the dining table, as well as fresh milk and eggs in the fridge!). “Good for remote hide away but a good 25 minutes to town and gym.”

“We rented for 4 nights for the sole purpose of getting away while work was being done in our house, so it was not a planned holiday. The old cow shed was perfect for a couple, everything you could want was there. It was warm comfortable and well equipped. Despite the snow and rain (early March) we explored Suffolk and had a lovely time. Nice pub in the village and another close by on the main A140.”
