"The description on the advert was exactly the same, not misleading. The shuttle was very helpful if u are getting in and out of venezia, cost €2.50 each way It is also accessible via public transport €1.50 each way, just need to walk 15 minutes to and from public transport Restaurant and supermarket available Downside: internet would turn on and off, dont expect for your room to be cleaned daily Overall it was a nice stay and i will difinitely recommend"

"This was a lovely, affordable hotel in a fabulous location very close to the Fusina ship terminal (10 min away). We had one day to explore Venice so we booked this modest hotel but in reality they treated us like 5 star guests. We were so pleasantly surprised at all the amenities we had. They truly thought of all the basics that met our needs. The hotel reception staff was outstanding. Very friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The rooms small (typical of Italy) but were very quiet and clean. Hot water. Comfortable bed, fridge and security safe. It was called the Matrimonial suite. There was a morning breakfast buffet for $10 Euros. Well worth it —offering a good variety of breakfast items. It was convenient. The work staff were efficient and they offered excellent service. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. $3 Euros round trip to Venice. Took 20 min to get from mainland to Venice proper where all the tourists and action is. Once again super convenient and the public transportation was amazing. Huge clean modern buses with AC. We took the bus back at 10 pm. It was very safe. There were vending machines in the hotel for snack and water. Another bonus. They truly thought of everything. So if you’re looking for a very reasonably priced hotel for a few days - I highly recommend Hotel Palladio. Especially for those taking cruises. They help arrange for you to take a shuttle directly to the terminal. $20 per person. We would go back. The price point was great."

"Our stay was great! The place us super nice! It was blisteringly hot and humid the day we arrived, but Ugo and the staff were wonderful. We did have a problem in that in our excitement to check-in, after recording our passport information, they put it on the counter in front of us and whisked me off to show us the room - and I totally forgot to pick them up. This resulted in a near catestrophic panic-attack when I discovered (at the airport at 6am) I didn't have them with me. Fortunately a quick Uber ride back (with a great willing-to-speed driver!), and me banging on the door, they ran and got me in and we got the passports and made our plane after all! I take full responsibility for this mistake, but would suggest that they perhaps physically put the passports in the customers hands - as a preventive meaure for weary (ok and absent-minded!) travelers like myself!"

About location, it is about 45 to 50 minutes away bus ride from the island, however the bus stop is less than hundred meters away from the hotel, so drive a little save a lot, properties close to island are more expensive and probably don’t provide the same comfort. Very happy with this place, we would definitely use it again."

"If you are touring northern Italy by car, THIS IS THE PERFECT base for your Venice/Padova excursions!! The place is a classic Italian country villa, with the friendliest staff of the entire trip. We were allowed to leave the car inside their secure grounds while visiting Venice, even if it was our checkout day. The public bus 7D to/from Venice (2.50 euros per ride) stops right at the property!! Mirano is a lovely small town with great restaurants and gelaterias. One of the BEST VALUES of our entire tour!!"
