"The room was very nice but it is the staff that make this hotel 5 stars! They are so very kind and helpful! They helped us arrange rides, allied a late check out and even ran a pharmacy errand for me when I had a headache. "

"The staff and room were wonderful. The area is not one you’d wander around especially at night. However, if you are there for the pyramids and museums, which we were, the location and views can not be beat!!!! We would stay again but use only Uber and NOT a taxi from the airport!!! The hotel booked a legitimate taxi service to return to the Cairo airport and that was wonderful! The service offered at the airport was awful and a scam. Know Giza is a long wat from the airport!"

"The staff went above and beyond. I shared it was my moms bday and they decorated her room and got us a cake. Both Marina and Ahmed were so helpful. My dad got sick and the hotel provided us with medicine. Ahmed also built an itinerary based on what we wanted to see and took care of transportation. The drivers and guide we got were also super friendly. My parents enjoyed it greatly. "

"We loved our stay, the hosts were so welcoming, patient and proud to tell us aboit their country! They were really helpful when trying to liase with tours or taxi drivers and to get sellers to leave us be! Fab location, the view of rhe pyramids was insane! I didnt expect them to be right there but they really were :) We didn't eat at the hotel - so cannot comment on that , loads of places near by for food. Thank you again! :) "
