"I had a really great time there. Both within my room and the rooftop restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Like most hotels, they can organise tours and taxis for you if required. The local area is very shabby, but this hotel is a bit of an oasis in the area. The rooftop restaurant and bar is excellent with views of the Sphinx and Pyramids. The food quality is really good. The breakfast was also good, but the restaurant is better. Even if you're not staying at the hotel, you can go to the restaurant. My only negatives was water pressure. It seemed to be shutoff at times or barely running. Maybe they were doing maintenance? I personally recommend."

"The location of this hotel was perfect, it had an incredible view of the Pyramids and Sphinx, you could even see the light show from the balcony. Mohammed on the front desk was incredibly pleasent and helpful at all time. Omar, who organises the tours, was absolutely amazing. Making contact before we got there to help us pick trips and arrange transfers. Once he got to know us a little bit, he recommended things he knew we would be interested. Maintained great contact throughout, and was a pleasure to deal with. Sara, our Tour Guide, and Mohammed, the driver, absolutely made our trip. Mohammed was a please to be around and incredibly attentive. Sara was perfect. Incredibly knowledgeable, and tailored the tour to what we were interested in. She took us around the non-touristy areas, along with the big tourist attractions. Cannot rate this place highly enough, I would reccomend to anyone and everyone. "

"Only some of staff was good like receptionist , the manger was so rude and asked me to pay more than the price in Expedia , the hotel not deserve that amount , There's something under construction made a lot of noise around the hotel , room was a small , in front of the hotel there are garbage"

"Spectacular view from the rooftop restaurant and also from our room with the property set due east of the Great Sphinx and pyramid of Khafre (the one with the remaining limestone top). The hotel front door is 20 meters from the entrance to the evening light and sound show (that you can definitely watch from the rooftop) such that you are absolutely in the heart of the old neighborhood of camels, donkey carts and pyramid complex visitors. Food and restaurant service exceeded expectations; nice Egyptian mixed grill and collection of smoothies. Completely suitable and helpful-to-have breakfast at the same open air rooftop restaurant."

"Jasmine pyramid Hotel is very clean and tidy, away from busy areas. Hotel has a courtyard with swimming pool. Reception staffs are very welcoming and helpful. Good value for the money. Reception staff helped us to order food. They provide laundary services, taxi services whenever required. But I felt taxi service is slightly expensive when compared to Uber services in Cairo. I booked Luxor tour through hotel, it was expensive compared to the other online attraction package. I recommend to use jasmine pyramid hotel for stay."
