"The home itself was wonderfully modeled with both a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Overall experience was great, with exceptional communication with a very pleasant property owner. Only two items of concern, one of which can't really be controlled by the property manager, was the level of homeless population in the area. The other item was the internet.
