“I arrived and didn’t feel safe at this place. I was under the impression it was a house and instead it was a condo shared with multiple people. When we arrived there were people in the backyard smoking. When we walked in the house it smelt of marijuana. We immediately contacted the owner saying we couldn’t stay there and we didn’t feel safe. He said he understood and would refund us the money. Yet here I am a week later fighting with VRBO because the owner is saying he will not refund us the……

“This is an affordable place to stay with a pet. Positives were the place was clean and quiet. As cute as it was remodeled , it still had the disadvantages of an older property such as low water pressure, door sticking and window ACs. We enjoy our short stay and it met our needs.”

“The inside looks exactly like the pictures, and the host always replied to my messages. However, we did have a few issues. The fenced yard was messy with chairs and cushions all over, and there were 2 areas where the pavers were sinking into the ground. We did need our sheets changed due to sand-like material on the pillow and sheet. The AC was leaking, so we had to put a pan under it and continuously change it. Finally, the guests upstairs were walking around, dropping things and moving things……

“We really enjoyed our 5 night stay at the green room. It was clean and had everything we needed for our trip. Sasha was an excellent host and very helpful and communicative. The room overlooks the pool and the building is very historic and cool. We look forward to renting again! Highly recommend!”

Immediately contacted both VRBO and the host asking for a refund. Stayed at hotel a few miles away. Three weeks later still no response from either VRBO or the host. ”

“Great food nearby (the Polo Room is outstanding!), grocery across the street, easy to walk or bike everywhere! We never left Palm Beach. I felt safe here, especially if I were to go back solo.My only complaints are that the decor is not good. Random pictures, really just needs updating. I would also have complimentary bathroom items, not just a tiny bar of soap and one tiny container of shampoo/conditioner. Just to add some class. Something that should be mentioned in the description is that……
