“The location was great, both for views and for convenience. The facilities were good, onsite parking was easy, and breakfast was delicious. Best of all, our hostess Noreen was cordial, helpful and kind. She wrote out directions to the national park, answered our questions, and had cookies ready for our arrival. “In the Lodge we had a good view of the lough from our room and the common area lounge. Lovely grounds. We sat outside on the terrace when the sun shone. The breakfast choice is superb with buffet and chef selection, and more. We weren't so impressed with the evening food served in the bar lounge. Overall it's a great experience.”

“Loved our stay here. My only concerns were the difficulty to find parking nearby and the check in process was a little confusing since you have to run across the street to pick up the keys. Also, the building is sandwiched between 2 other buildings and was hard to find.”

“Love central location. We had a great dinner in the bar and enjoyed the musical entertainment. It is an older hotel and noise carries. Someone was banging doors from 10-12.00 very disturbing. Only real suggestion is more and better quality towels.”

“Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Wasn't perfectly clean, pink bacteria in the shower, hairs in the bathroom that kind of thing. Also the swimming pool and changing room area are not clean, I tried the evening and first thing in the morning, was a bit better in the morning but needs a deep clean. Black mold and the like. Food was pretty good and nice vibe in the bar, lots of staff there too which is good as it's busy. A couple the bar staff where very miserable and unpleasant though.……
