"So when I checked in I was made aware that there was no heat in the building due to an explosion in a power plant but was told there is hot water from a temporary water heater, next morning no hot water for showers very disappointed i wasn’t made aware of the issue before hand so I could have found an alternative hotel."

"I have been staying here for years when visiting family in the area and it's always been a good experience . The hotel is clean , parking is free , check in was fast and simple , and the staff is very courteous and accommodating. The pool was also clean and not too too cold ! They are also pet friendly , I brought my dog and they even had an outdoor area with free doggie bags. Good family hotel . "

"First, the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant are excellent. We arrived early and were wet and exhausted on a chilly morning. We asked if we could possibly leave our bags or check in early. Lucy jumped in and got us into our room right away. We were able to sleep, warm up and relax before heading out to explore. It was wonderful for her to help. Several other times during our stay, Lucy also helped with ideas for what to do and was alsways very friendly and professional. The room was well appointed and in a great location. The restaurant was really quite good for breakfast and the staff were very friendly. Extra coffee offered frequently and with a smile. A drawback is the very dim and sparse lighting in the bathroom. It's a big space and has very little lighting. The maid service did not leave lotion for day 2 and the bodywash in the shower was empty by the third shower and not refilled. Downsides to the otherwise pleasant stay. "

"Our flight arrived very late so we did not get to the hotel until after midnight. The shuttle driver was there to pick us up within 5 minutes and was very friendly. We were checked in quickly and got the rest we needed. Breakfast was very good. Great property to stay at so close to the airport and the shuttle service is very good. "
