For example, the man who checked us in didn’t really know how to speak English - he was using Google Translate - to speak with us. We repeatly kept making new keys because one of them never worked. Until, I had to specifically asked, if they could make sure both worked. Cleaning mess wasn’t there anymore, the edge between the shower...
