“The cottage was a perfect spot to relax after a tiring disc golf filled weekend. Everything was clean and inviting, and the hot tub made it easy to relax the sore muscles. Thank you for letting us enjoy the cottage for my girlfriends birthday. It was amazing!”

“The view of Pike's Peak was fantastic - this tiny home was furnished with everything we needed - loved cooking on the gas stove - the weather could not have been better with cool nights & pleasant days. It was so cool, we even turned the furnace on for a little bit in the mornings. Would definitely stay there again. ”

“Great place! It is comfortable and very clean. The host has very thoughtfully made it very accessible with helpful notes placed throughout. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is great! A short drive to 7 falls, garden of the gods, and old colorado city. The hoat communicates very well. The cottage is easy to find. Really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!”

“Held up at the cottage for 4 days while my son attended a sports camp at UCCS. Teleworked during the day and biked and hiked in the afternoons. Also enjoyed the short walk to downtown for dinner and such, it was very convenient. The neighbors are super friendly and we even enjoyed a short evening on their porch visiting. Overall a perfect stay and hopefully can do it all again next year!”

With walking distance to Garden of the Gods and a five minute minute drive to both Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City, we couldn't have asked for a better location. Highly recommended!”

It is set back from the street so it is safer for little ones. The location is also perfect. Walking distance to trails, dining places, and even grocery store. And yet, you still feel like you’re staying in a country cabin. Our hosts were amazing and helpful in every way. They live on site, but are never intrusive. This is definitely a top……

“My husband and I were very happy with our stay here. It was much bigger in person than we expected! Our goal was to relax and reconnect after a busy month of end of school activities with our kids and a high school graduation for our 2nd oldest. We were able to do just that. I was so happy it was cold enough to enjoy the fireplace! We also loved the sound from the creek right in from of the property, it was a perfect mountain setting! ”
