Fantastic location upgraded to penthouse suite which was a great surprise. Staff were exceptional. Only pity is that pool is in shade most of the day in winter - but kids still enjoyed as heated to 26 degrees. Phenomenal views! Thanks for a great time

Awesome three bedroom apartment, everything we needed plus more. Rooms and toilet areas could have been a little cleaner. Amenities like pool and sauna was also a great option and parking was also great.

My daughter and I had an amazing few days at the Artique. We requested a twin room and were over the moon when we arrived and were told that my daughter and I had separate bedrooms- a study with a bed in it. AMAZING. The staff were friendly and the facilities top notch. A short walk to Cavill and plenty of restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay again.

I had high hopes for this apartment-hotel purely from the outstanding feedback from other guests, unfortunately I cannot say the same. The lobby area was lovely and the location fantastic (just a short walk to the beach), but the room itself was terribly dirty. The bathrooms had bodily fluids smeared on the walls, thick dust/dirt on the floor and skirting boards and mould in the shower and within the door. The carpets were thin, bald and dirty, the kind that makes your white socks black. The lounge area skirting boards were also dusty, and clearly had never been sighted to clean, as with a tall lamp covered in dirt and questionable cushions. The kitchenette was clean with plenty of utensils, however. Upon diverting this to the attention of the front desk, they apologised and said they would send for a deep clean, after we pointed out the problem areas. All that we came back to were the bathrooms stinking of bleach, and some of those issues were not remedied. We also had an issue with the WiFi not connecting, and on our second day had to have maintenance in the room to fix the cables. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this accommodation.

Great location, still walking distance to everything Surfers Paradise has to offer without being right amongst all the hustle and bustle. Great views. Reception staff super friendly and the manager kindly helped us out when we managed to lock our key inside our apartment one night. Our apartment had everything we needed for our family of four although could do with a deep clean (curtains and showers particularly). Pool and spa were nice but could have been a little warmer! Overall though great stay! This is our second time at Artique and we will be back again in future.
