It’s not the ritz but you get what you pay for. Perfect for a quick stay. What really made it a good stay, was the excellent service. The lady in reception was so helpful and so kind. I really enjoyed speaking with her. It is also a fabulous location for the beach and glink tram. I really enjoyed myself

Breeze Inn Gold Coast a simple place to stay.

Newly renovated rooms. New aircon new fridges and freshly painted, a wonderful upgrade. The staff are wonderful. The hotel is a street back from the beach and is so close the the main hub of surfers paradise, Cavil Avenue

Had to pay an additional $20 for parking. There was no kettle/ tea/ coffee in room. Room was so small. Had trouble to move with 2 people in there. This is a real budget place and I guess you get what you pay for. Staff member was police and welcoming.

Beds were clean and comfortable, so at least one star. Staff were polite, though evasive during some conversations-see below. Shared kitchen included a smashed ceramic cooktop which seemed to have been broken for months given there is an old plugin cooker now on the bench. There were NO SIGNS warning of the damage, NOR any indication whether the electricity was still connected to the stoves. This should be reported to health/safety authorities. Pots rusty, air frier dirty, some plates mouldy, no tea-towels or paper-towels in the kitchen. No wonder guests can't keep it clean, though the proprietors are ultimately responsible and have failed dismally. We paid for secure off-street parking but the barrier was open all night. I was told a security guard would present, whom I never encountered. Calling this place Dodgy is being polite.

Pretty average for the price. Bathroom wasn’t very clean and a bit moldy. For the price I thought was very over priced. But I still enjoyed time away from the kids and had a really good sleep

For the cheap price , I didn’t expect too much . Very small and basic room . Had one power point for both fridge and tv. U had to decide what u needed more lol ,, there was no kettle or cups , pretty much just a bed and bathroom in one .. but for the price . I wasn’t expecting much , bed was comfy and clean - that was the main thing

My email for shared kitchen and other information went to spam I didn’t receive it till after I arrived at my next accomodation What is the estimated wait time for my room deposit refund. There was no staff in attendance when I had to go for business / transport reasons. I’m sure your hospitality staff appreciated me stripping my own bed for them.
