"Our room over looked the pool area and beach, it was a spectacular view! The beach was one of the best that we have ever experienced. Very clean with white powder sand, beautiful turquoise water and gorgeous sunsets! We will can't wait go back again..."

"The property is clean and the staff was ok. They provided the expected service and nothing more. What shocked me was the condition of the hotel for $250+ per night. The AC is old, really old and noisy. The bathroom has paint pealing from the ceilings (looks almost like a horror movie) and there a lot of rust on all metal bars in the closet and bathrooms. The beda are small for queen and the only thing going for this property is the location and bay view. It should be priced at $100 max per night. All in all would not recommend or go back. "

"The hotel is very nice and the beach access is easy. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided and the staff was helpful. The rooms are very clean and the pool area and lobby very nice. There is no valet parking and was no concierge services so that was disappointing. We did visit the spa and the massages were excellent, the spa staff was excellent as well. We felt very safe and didn't have any negative issues with our stay. Very family friendly and would recommend to friends and family. "

"Staff is polite, the property is clean, the valets are excellent, the extra amenities in the room are wonderful. Especially the beach towels, beach, chairs, and beach umbrella. Beach umbrella are very easy to put into the sand since they come with their own manual auger. Just a wonderful experience. The property location is very central in Marco. Grocery stores, Walgreens, restaurants are all within a 10 minute drive. I really can’t think of ever wanting to stay at a different location. Should I return to Marco Island?"

"Strongly suggest the shuttle it takes you out to a secluded beach area!! The hotel, in my opinion is perfectly located. Close to shops, restaurants, and walking trails. Vanderbilt Beach area is close by car but far enough away if you’d rather not deal with the congestion. "

"They place was way under staffed. It took 45 minutes to get a sandwich, the bars was very depleted to the point the bas tender had to leave for roughly 10 minutes to go get alcohol to make guest drinks. I was drinking water so was not a problem for me. The checking in was a 4:00 and was told most likely would get in around 3:00 but would receive a text when the room was ready. 4:00 came around and did not receive a text. There were a lot of frustrated people in the same situation trying to get into t here rooms. Again, under staffed and poor management. "
